Digital Product Refunds

ParlePro.net sells digital French language learning products. Because digital products can be accessed shortly after purchase, refund eligibility may be limited once access has been granted.

Refund Requests May Be Considered When

• The customer was charged incorrectly.
• The purchased product was not delivered or accessible due to a technical issue that ParlePro.net could not resolve.
• A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.
• The request is submitted within 7 days from purchase.

Refunds May Not Be Available When

• The product has been accessed, downloaded, substantially used, or completed.
• The customer changed their mind after receiving access.
• The customer expected results not promised in the product description.
• The request is made outside the stated refund request period.
